Our Story
360 Equipment Finance was developed out of deep experience in the equipment finance industry. In 2001, Kip Amstutz and his father, Larry Amstutz, founded Mantis Financial to provide specialized equipment financing for established businesses in Texas.
In 2010, Kip launched 360 Equipment Finance as an extension of Mantis Financial, with the goal of expanding financing access to business owners nationwide—particularly those who did not fit traditional lending requirements. Over time, both platforms grew in parallel, serving originators and business owners across a wide range of industries and credit environments.
After more than two decades of combined operating history, Mantis Financial and 360 Equipment Finance merged to strengthen their collective capabilities and streamline how partners and customers engage with the platform. Since inception, the organization has funded over $200 million in equipment, supporting long-term relationships with brokers, vendors, and businesses nationwide.
Today, 360 Equipment Finance continues to focus on disciplined execution, professional service, and practical equipment financing solutions built around real operating conditions.
